Day 1

NJP/Bagdogra Airport to Sillery Gaon

Our representative will greet you upon arrival at NJP. Our driver then drives you to the tranquil village of Sillery Gaon. Situated in the Kalimpong district and perched at an altitude of 6000 feet above sea level, Sillery Gaon offers stunning views of the Himalayan Peaks. Stay in the village overnight and soak in its beauty from the comfort of your hotel room. Visit Tinchuley viewpoint, Damsang Fort, and Ramitey, which are popular attractions near Sillery Gaon during the day.

Day 2

Rishikhola Transfer

On the second day with this 5 Nights 6 Days Silk Route Package, head to Rishikhola for a day of scenic enjoyment. After breakfast, make your way to this picturesque spot. Relax by the tranquil waters of the Reshi River and add some excitement with a bonfire and light barbecue. Have your dinner and then night stay in Rishikhola.

Day 3

Zuluk Transfer

After breakfast, our driver will help you get transferred to Zuluk. It takes approximately 1 hour to travel 53 kilometers from Rishikhola to Zuluk. The zigzag roads with breathtaking views will leave you wondering throughout your life. Arrive at Sunrise Point or Ganek View Point before 4:30 AM to witness the stunning beauty of the sunrise casting its reddish glow over Mount Kanchenjunga. Later visit the Nag Temple and Thambi View Point, Tukla Valley, Kalapokhari, Old Baba Mandir, Four Lake Point, Memencho Lake, Jelep-La Pass View, Yak Golf Course, and Kupup Lake.

Day 4

Zuluk Sightseeing

The second day in Zuluk offers a range of activities for you to choose from, including mountain riding, forest walks, fishing, yak rides, trekking, snow golfing, or indulging in local cuisine. In short, this day is totally for you to do whatever you want o to relax. You will be driven back to your hotel for dinner and then night stay.

Day 5

Zuluk to Aritar

Start the day with breakfast in Zuluk and head to Aritar Lake, 103 KMs away, taking around 2 hours. At Aritar, visit attractions such as Lampokhari Lake, Aritar Gumpa, Dak Bungalow, Hattipailay Village, Mangkhim Temple, Lungchok Valley, Parbateyswar Shivalaya Temple, Kalikhola falls, Changey falls, and more. Spend the final night of the 5 Nights 6 Days Silk Route Package in Aritar after dinner.

Day 6

Aritar to Bagdogra Airport/NJP Drop

What Types of Vehicles are available in Silk Route?

Vehicles like Sumo or Bolero are readily available in Silkroute and fall under the standard category. Luxury SUVs such as Scorpio or Xylo can also be found but are less common due to the poor road conditions that are not suitable for luxury vehicles.

Is a permit required to visit Silkroute?

A permit is required to visit the Silk route. Indian Nationals must provide a photocopy of their ID proof and a passport-sized photo to obtain the permit. At Zuluk Tour, we will assist in arranging the permit for the Silk route Tour. Please note that foreign Nationals are not permitted to visit the Silk route.

Is a tour guide included in the package?
