The Quekhola Falls, also known locally as Kuikhola Falls or Kali Khola Falls is truly a magnificent breathtaking tourist site to behold. This approximately 100 meters flowing waterfall is surrounded by enormous natural beauty, making it one of Sikkim's most popular and frequented waterfalls. By Train: NJP Junction is the closest railway station to Quekhola Falls. The approximate distance between them is not more than 11 km via NH 10 and approximately 145 km via NH17 and NH 10.
Best Time to Visit Quekhola Falls
Quekhola Falls is best visited before the beginning of the monsoon season. March to June is considered to be quite a great time to witness the cascading water of Quekhola Falls. Going there in the season of monsoon should be avoided due to the frequent landslides.
