Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Transfer to Ichhegaon from NJP

Upon arriving at New Jalpaiguri Junction (NJP), start your 4 hours journey towards Icchegaon. Icchegaon is a tiny hamlet nestled of the mighty Himalayan Range, very close to Kalimpong and Pedong.
Reach Icchegaon after covering approx 85 km of road distance and check into the pre-booked homestay. Freshen up and then stroll around the village. Evening at leisure and overnight stay at Icchegaon.

Day 2

Transfer and Sightseeing at Aritar

Wake up early and after breakfast, say your farewell to Icchegaon. Check out from the homestay and get ready to start 2 hours journey towards Aritar via Reshikhola. Located on the East Sikkim, Aritar is a scenic settlement known for its splendid landscape and luxuriant forest.
Reach Aritar after covering approximately 45 km of road distance. Check into the homestay and after being fresh, you are free to stroll around the village and enjoy the surreal beauty of the thickly wooded forest of Aritar. Finally, overnight stay at Aritar.

Day 3

Transfer to Padamchen

After the early morning breakfast, get ready to be transferred to Padamchen. It will take about one and a half hours to cover a road distance of 28 km. Padamchen is one of the alluring hamlets in the Silk Route region and just about 5 km away from Zuluk. On the way to Padamchen, pause to enjoy the beauty of other nearby hamlets like Rongli, Lingtham, Quokhola Waterfalls and Nimachen.
Visit Rongli first after getting a Special Permit. In the foothills of Himalaya, Rongli is a pictorial hamlet and popularly known for its lush greenery, hilly terrain and the splendid view of the Himalayan range. Your next stopping point will be Lingtham where you will experience a peaceful nature with sparkling weather guarded by the snaking Bakhuter Khola River. Get captivated by witnessing the cascading water of Quokhola Waterfalls. Visit Nimachen, a small village at an altitude of 7800 feet from where a splendid view of Kanchenjunga can be enjoyed.
After exploring all these fascinating hamlets and their tourist attractions, reach your pre-booked homestay at Padamchen. Finally, take rest at the resort and later stroll around the village. Overnight stay at Padamchen.

Day 4

Full Day Zuluk Sightseeing

Wake up early to get ready for a full day sightseeing in and around Zuluk with this Ichhegaon Padamchen Reshikhola Tour package. Begin the day by enjoying a captivating sunrise at Lungthung or Ganek View Point. Later, proceed to Thambi View Point to catch a splendid bird's eye view of the surrounding valley. After this, proceed to Nathang Valley where one can soothe his disturbed soul and rejuvenate it for a new beginning.
Have lunch on the way to Old Baba Mandir. A sumptuous memorial constructed in the memory of the renowned Indian Soldier named Baba Harbhajan Singh. Just below it, visit the New Baba Mandir. Day 5

Transfer to Reshikhola

Get ready for Reshikhola transfer on day 5 of your Ichhegaon Padamchen Reshikhola Tour package for 5 Nights 6 Days. A small valley, situated at the bank of river Reshi at an altitude of 2,000ft, surrounded by lush green forests and mountains, the sound of a stream with a pure cool breeze will make any nature lover hypnotized.
Reach the resort and check into it. Do whatever you want in the remaining day. Finally, after being served a delicious dinner, spend the night here at Reshikhola.

Day 6

Transfer to NJP

On the way, spend some time at Coronation Bridge to behold the shimmering Teesta flowing beneath. There is no direct trains or flights to reach Silkroute. New Jalpaiguri Station is the nearest railway station and Bagdogra is the nearest airport. From there, a hired taxi will take you to Silkroute.
