How to Reach Thambi Viewpoint
By Air: The nearest operational airport to Thambi Viewpoint is located at Bagdogra. The approximate distance between them is not more than 155 km. Travelers after landing at Bagdogra Aiport, need to hire a car in order to reach Thambi Viewpoint via NH 10.
By Train: New Jalpaiguri Junction, popularly known as NJP, is the nearest railhead. The approximate distance between them is around 148 km. The railway station is well connected with most of the major cities.
By Car: With the help of a rented car, travelers can visit the viewpoint from Siliguri and other nearby cities quite easily. To skip the hassle of bargaining, you can opt for a pre-booked car from a trusted taxi rental agency.

The season of summer is considered to be the best time to visit the Thambi Viewpoint.
